Booklist Administration
Managing your book list is the heart of the Bookseller Link system. The website has been designed with ease of use in mind - you don't need to spend hours learning how to use the system. All functions are designed to be easily and intuitively understood by users. Input forms within the administration system have been designed with clear layout to avoid confusion.
The Bookseller Link booklist admin gives you simple web-based forms through which you can:
Add, edit and delete books to keep your online booklist up to date- Picture upload function: attach a photo of the book, which is automatically re-sized into:
- a thumbnail for the book listing page
- a large picture on the book detail page
and - a super sized one to let the buyers have a closer look
- Assign your books to one or more catalogues to make life easier for the browsing buyer. Books will always be assigned to your selected catalogue(s).
- Special price can be set and "offer considered" options to give you flexibility on sales.
- Unique and flexible postage calculation function:
You can choose:- flat postage and packing rate,
- fixed packing charge on top of (automatically calculated) postage or
- preset postage individually for each item.

- Booklists within the admin area can be sorted and filtered in a number of ways to make it easy to find and edit a particular book
When a buyer pays for a book on your website using the PayPal checkout, the book is automatically marked as sold on your booklist for future reference and you will receive an email from PayPal plus a detailed email from Bookseller Link. Have a look at the PayPal integration page for more details.
